Job Description Summary
"The Portfolio Fulfillment Staff Manager is a key leader within the Integral Demand and OTR CoE, responsible for guiding the regional team of Portfolio Fulfillment Managers (PFMs). This role is critical to the management and support of assigned service agreements, transactional deals, power plant operations, and customer engagements, ensuring alignment with financial, functional, business, and corporate objectives within Gas Power Services. The Portfolio Fulfillment Staff Manager collaborates closely with Service Directors and CPMs to effectively manage contractual commitments and engage with cross-functional teams, such as finance, IT, and parts fulfillment, to drive process excellence through the Order-to-Remittance (OTR) wing-to-wing process.
The Portfolio Fulfillment Staff Manager is accountable for the standardization and daily management of customer and functional processes and tools. This involves leading initiatives to enhance process excellence in collaboration with other regional Portfolio Fulfillment Staff Managers,
ensuring the delivery of business and customer needs across the organization. The role demands a strategic approach to managing complex issues, supporting both short-term and long-term planning and execution, and contributing to the overall business strategy.
