What qualifications will make you successful?

English – Advanced.
Experience or knowledge in Salesforce is a PLUS
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and business processes.
Basic knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar business applications is preferred.




Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-powered productivity tools is a plus.
Customer-focused mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
