As a Booking Specialist, your focus will be on conducting initial screenings with potential clients to determine if they meet the basic qualifications for our legal services.

This is a sales-focused position, you must be persuasive, consistent in your follow-up,



and able to move potential clients forward confidently and ethically. You will be expected to meet specific weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals as part of your performance metrics.
What You'll Do
Conduct initial screening calls with potential clients to determine if they have a qualifying immigration case.
Clearly and compassionately explain our services and gather essential information needed to assess eligibility.
Build rapport with prospective clients by demonstrating empathy and a genuine desire to help.
Follow up with inquiries, reschedule missed appointments, and keep potential clients engaged in the process.
Accurately update CRM records and maintain an organized call and follow-up system.
Support the sales pipeline by driving qualified leads forward through persuasive and strategic communication.
Consistently meet individual performance goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
