Location: While this role is open to remote candidates across Mexico, team members located within 80 kilometers of our Guadalajara office (Calle Amado Nervo 2200, Jardínes del Sol, 45050 Zapopan, Jal.) are expected to work onsite to support collaboration, speed, and execution.





Nextiva is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and modernize our CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling. You’ll focus on one of the most important parts of the engineering experience: getting code from commit to production quickly, reliably, and safely.

You’ll work closely with engineering teams to improve pipelines, reduce developer friction, strengthen deployment practices, and create reusable tooling that makes the right way to ship software the easy way.

Nextiva’s platform is built on a modern microservices architecture, and reliability and adaptability are central to how we serve customers. Our broader platform strategy also leverages AI and automation to create better outcomes, making this role important to how our engineering organization continues to scale and evolve.
