As Manager Media Deployment & Operations LA&C;, you will lead paid media deployment, channel operations, agency governance, performance measurement, and optimization across Latin America and Canada. You will work closely with local markets, agency partners, regional collaborators, and integral teams to drive media effectiveness and operational perfection across the region.

Your Day to Day

Lead Regional Media Deployment
- Lead the deployment and execution of paid media campaigns across Latin America and Canada.
- Support local markets in developing and implementing media activation strategies.
- Ensure campaigns are completed time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Drive Media Operations & Agency Governance
- Establish scalable processes, standards, and ways of working across markets.




- Lead agency governance, performance reviews, and partnership management.
- Ensure compliance with digital marketing standards and measurement frameworks.

Deliver Performance Insights
- Define target frameworks and reporting standards.
- Supervise campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure consistency in reporting, taxonomy, and data quality across markets.
- Translate performance results into business insights for senior partners.

Enable Digital Marketing Innovation
- Leverage AdTech and MarTech capabilities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive automation, innovation, and continuous improvement across media operations.

Develop People & Capabilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals.
