Job Summary:
The Industrial Safety & EHS Engineer leads risk prevention and the continuous improvement of EHS programs, with a primary focus on Industrial Safety within a manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for strengthening the safety culture, preventing injuries and incidents, identifying and controlling risks, and ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Mexican regulations, and corporate standards,
while providing technical support to Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Leadership.
Additionally, the position coordinates Occupational Health, Environmental, and Industrial Safety initiatives, promoting safe, sustainable, and operationally excellent practices across the organization.
Required Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Industrial Safety, EHS, or a related position within a manufacturing or maquiladora environment.
- Strong experience in Industrial Safety and hazard prevention in manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of Mexican EHS regulations, particularly applicable NOM-STPS standards and environmental regulations.
- Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
- Experience participating in internal, external, customer
