The OpportunityAs an integral member of our direct Customer Support squads, you will maintain and troubleshoot high-complexity diagnostic equipment, ensuring zero disruptions in critical patient diagnoses. Execute scheduled installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective service on complex tissue diagnostic instruments in accordance with general quality standards. Diagnose and resolve electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software-related technical issues to drastically minimize downtime. Partner cross-functionally with Application Specialists and Key Account teams to provide an exceptional customer experience for pathologists and laboratory leaders. Participate in international technical training programs (Europe/US) to continuously expand your technical capabilities and stay ahead of technology trends.
