This role We are looking for a Collections Technical Analyst to drive data accuracy, system integrations, and process automation within our Collections tech stack. This role will be responsible for managing data ingestion into Customer.io, handling agent assignment logic and workflow maintenance, owning and maintaining 15+ performance dashboards,



and enabling deeper segment analysis and experimentation. The adecuado candidate will also support connectivity with external data sources (EDC), and will be comfortable launching and iterating on collections tools designed to improve portfolio recovery. This position is critical in translating data into actionable insights that drive collections efficiency and recovery outcomes. Our primary tools include Hex, SQL, and Python. Key responsibilities Data Ingestion & Customer.io Management:
Design and maintain reliable data ingestion pipelines that feed customer and account data into Customer.io.
Ensure data quality and consistency across ingestion flows using SQL and Python.
Monitor pipeline health and proactively resolve data discrepancies or failures.
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to expand and improve data sources feeding into collections workflows.
