The Opportunity
We're looking for an Email Marketing Lead who is exceptional at all things email, SMS, pop-up, and growth marketing — and who is ready to build and run the department, not just work inside it. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has spent real time in the trenches of email marketing and brings strong, applied knowledge of client retention strategies across top platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.), along with the AI fluency to work faster and smarter across the full campaign lifecycle.




You'll set the strategic direction for email marketing across the agency and clients, lead execution and departmental build out, join client calls to represent the department's thinking, and help shape the agency's retention strategy overall — with room to take direct ownership of specific accounts as you settle into the role. You'll be the person clients and internal teams trust to tell them the truth, make the call, and back it up with data.

What You'll Own

- Set strategy and standards for the email marketing department, including processes, playbooks, and QA
- Join client calls to represent email marketing strategy and results, with the potential to take direct ownership of specific accounts over time
