Role Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and proactive Strategic Sourcing Partner, Commercial to drive top-of-funnel talent strategy across critical commercial functions, including Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Business Development.

This role is focused on talent market mapping, proactive pipelining, and engagement of passive candidates. The adecuado candidate brings deep expertise in commercial talent markets, thrives in ambiguity, and excels at identifying and attracting top talent ahead of demand. You will partner closely with recruiters, TA leaders and hiring managers to shape talent strategies and ensure strong, diverse pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

This is a pipeline-first role focused on proactive sourcing, early-stage candidate screening, and talent market strategy,



not full-cycle recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence
- Conduct in-depth talent market research to identify key talent pools, competitors, and emerging trends
- Provide insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring risks to inform workforce planning

Advanced Sourcing Strategy
- Design and execute innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber, diverse talent
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-enabled sourcing platforms, and market mapping techniques

Proactive Talent Pipelining
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates aligned to critical and future hiring needs
- Engage candidates early and nurture long-term relationships to ensure ready-now talent pools

Candidate Engagement & Experience
- Deliver personalized, high-touch outreach that reflects Fortive’s employe
