Join Our Team as a Project Coordinator at Equivity

Your Impact
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team with the execution of high-profile LED display, electrical, and signage projects throughout the New York metropolitan area.

What You’ll Do:
- Support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track schedules, milestones, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and deliveries.
- Coordinate between internal departments, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Monitor permits, inspections, and required documentation.
- Assist with procurement and track long-lead materials.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and project updates.




- Support billing milestones by ensuring required documentation is complete.
- Identify scheduling issues and proactively coordinate solutions.
- Schedule meetings and maintain project calendars.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a similar field.
- 2+ years of project coordination, construction administration, or related experience.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
- A visa is required to travel to the US.

What we offer and other important information:
- $ 32,000- 35,000 pesos per month (based on experience and other factors/gross salary).
- Hybrid position.
- Monday- Friday, 5:00 am- 2:00 pm PST/ 6:00 am- 3:00 pm MST.
