Job Purpose

You will be responsible for material movement operations from importation through final delivery to the destination site, with a focus on import and export follow-up and compliance with all governmental requirements.

Main Responsibilities
- Support integral logistics coordination,



ensuring accurate document review and providing service to customers and suppliers.
- Ensure all administrative activities related to foreign trade operations comply with import and export regulations.
- Interface with site logistics organizations and suppliers to ensure understanding of import/export documentation requirements.
- Coordinate documentation procedures with customs brokers to ensure proper import and export processes.
- Ensure compliance with import/export requirements and procedures, and participate in site/division projects related to customs and trade compliance.
- Ensure the accurate upload and maintenance of foreign trade documentation in electronic systems.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position.
