Job Purpose:
The HR Support Specialist acts as the primary contact to provide administrative and operational support for inquiries from team members, candidates, retirees, beneficiaries and/or Human resource representatives; while building knowledge of HR related topics and issues. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to answer questions, provide explanations, resolve issues, direct escalations and respond to inquiries mainly related to HR practices, policies, and procedures.
What Part Will You Play?




- Managing the employee life cycle (onboarding and offboarding administrative duties)
- Workday data entry, administration & data validation, auditing as needed
- Tier 1 inquiries
- Orientation session for new employees
- Awareness of local policies and procedures
- Tasks and projects as assigned

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp in a human resources role
- Experience working with HRIS systems and customer service platforms
- Proven track record of maintaining employee confidentiality
- Superior attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience a human resources role
- General knowledge of benefit programs and basic payroll process
