About the role

The Senior Designer will lead the creation, governance, and adoption of the Client’s global and local content design standards across studios and markets. Operating above market, this role sets the bar for content quality, consistency, and efficiency, embedding design excellence into end‑to‑end content operations.



The Senior Designer will drive innovation—especially in AI‑enabled workflows, advanced visualization (3D, AR), and modern creative tooling—while partnering closely with GBS, Commercial, and Omnichannel Excellence to accelerate impact at scale.

This is an in-house role within Greenpark, dedicated exclusively to supporting our pharmaceutical client. You will be fully embedded within the client team, working solely on their projects. This means you’ll collaborate closely with their teams, gain deep exposure to a global brand, and operate as an integrated part of their day-to-day organisation.

- Establish, document, and maintain global design standards, patterns, and guardrails for omnichannel content (modular and long‑form), ensuring adaptability for local market needs.
