Objective of the position:

Serve as the strategic bridge between senior management and shop-floor operations, linking corporate strategies and general standards with day-to-day execution at both plants.



This role drives a culture of continuous improvement through digitalization, advanced data analysis, and team development via coaching in Lean tools, ensuring compliance with KPIs, adherence to processes, and commitment to delivery times.

Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):
- Application of Agile Methodologies
- Lean Manufacturing (Lean Specialist and Certified Lean Consultant preferred, or currently pursuing certification)
- Executive Presentations
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) Proficiency
- MIcrosoft, Power BI
- Product Knowledge
- English level: B2
- Spanish level: C2
