Job Overview

The Associate Analyst support the billable project lifecycle process, with primary responsibility for accurate and timely administration of new business opportunities, including project setup code creation,



through to project completion across assigned Americas practice. Working under the guidance of more experienced team members, this role bridges operations and finance, ensuring accurate project configuration in support of project economics, revenue and billing readiness. The Associate Analyst builds foundational knowledge of project economics, revenue operations and the systems used across the lifecycle, while providing dependable, high-quality service to Business Managers, Executive Assistants and Finance stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support basic project setup from opportunity conversion through project code creation, perform project reviews to verify required information is accurate and aligned with available documentation and provided commercial terms, including budget extensions, backlog adjustments across coverage for assigned practice.
