We are seeking an FP&A; Specialist to drive financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis across multiple insurance portfolios. This role partners closely with senior stakeholders, including the CFO, to deliver strategic insights, develop financial models, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job Summary




You will play a pivotal role in FP&A; team, with cross-functional reach into Actuarial, Product, Distribution, and Commercial areas. Your remit will extend beyond standard planning cycles, encompassing the creation of financial models, performance analytics, and strategic advisory. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, including the CFO, and be a key driver in shaping financial strategy across various insurance portfolios. You'll partner with business owners to assess strategic initiatives and translate technical analysis into executive insights, and you'll contribute to planning/forecast cycles with high autonomy and conceptual thinking, delivering frameworks for emerging topics.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role requiring a hands-on approach, strong ownership, and the ability to independently deliver financial insights that influence strategic decision-making.
