Working closely with the Creative Director, the team delivers exceptional service, high-quality products, and memorable guest experiences while driving commercial success. The Retail Manager leads a team that includes the Retail Supervisor, Head Florist, and Store Clerks, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and personalized luxury service.
YOUR ROLEAs Retail Manager,



you will lead the overall operation of the Retail department, ensuring exceptional commercial performance, operational excellence, and luxury guest experiences. You will oversee product strategy, buying, merchandising, team leadership, inventory management, and daily operations while collaborating with the Creative Director to maintain a retail offering that reflects the resort's identity and exceeds guest expectations. Your leadership will directly contribute to revenue growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and the ongoing evolution of the retail experience.
