We are looking for candidates who are interested in working in a hybrid environment (1-2 days a week in office) as we build the foundation and grow our team in Mexico. We offer a versátil working environment to balance the need to work independently, with days that may require in-person collaboration at our office.
What You'll Do
- Own Technical Delivery Execution: Plan, execute, and track technical projects or workstreams to meet agreed scope, timelines, and delivery outcomes.
- Enable Hybrid Delivery Models: Support teamsoperatingin Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall environments, adapting delivery approach as needed.
- Coordinate Across Technical Teams: Partner with Engineering, Product, and client stakeholders to align priorities and unblock delivery.
- Manage Delivery Risks & Dependencies: Identify, track, and support mitigation of technical risks, issues, andcross‑teamdependencies.
- Support Requirements & Scope Alignment: Work with technical and product teams to understand requirements and support technical scope decisions.
