As an Acceleration Center - General Ledger - Manager, you will lead the execution of high-quality accounting processes, financial close, and reporting activities within our Managed Services delivery model. As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to deliver valuable outcomes.



You will play a crucial role in cultivating meaningful client relationships and inspiring your teams while upholding PwC’s quality standards.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements and internal controls, enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information with various stakeholders. You will lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, oversee loan-level accounting, and support the preparation and analysis of financial statements under U.S. GAAP. Additionally, you will drive process improvement and automation by leveraging Workday Financials and AI-enabled tools, collaborating cross-functionally with PwC’s onshore teams and client stakeholders to support financial operations and regulatory reporting.
