About the RoleWe’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative based in the Mexico City area to help grow our customer base among small and medium-sized businesses. You’ll work directly with IT professionals and business stakeholders across the region to uncover their challenges and position JumpCloud as the right solution.
We’re specifically hiring candidates in or near Mexico City (Reforma), with potential opportunities to collaborate locally or in-person as needed.
What You’ll Do:

- Engage and educate prospects on how JumpCloud’s Cloud Directory Platform can solve their IT challenges — including identity, device, and access management
- Own the full sales cycle: from discovery and demos to negotiation and close
- Manage a growing pipeline and provide accurate weekly forecasts to sales leadership
- Develop deep technical understanding of our platform and keep up with our fast-moving product updates and AI
- Work with teams across product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to deliver an outstanding customer experience
What Success Looks Like:

- Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) closed
- New logo count (# of deals)
- Quota attainment and consistent pipeline generation
- High conversion and close rates with qualified prospects
What You Bring:

- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in SMB or mid-market
- Proven ability to close deals in a high-velocity, transactional environment
