The Role
Our Client is seeking a hands-on, analytical Lead Creative Manager to own their video review, clip curation, and short-form content strategy end-to-end. Functioning as a high-level "player-coach," this practitioner will review all editor outputs, analyze social performance trends, curate top moments from podcasts, and direct video iterations before assets reach clients. Operating full-time during US Eastern hours with adaptable availability across content flow peaks, this leader bridges the gap between raw video assets, editor execution, and client retention.
