Job DescriptionThe Sample Manager position is responsible for sample management, workflow optimization, and market analysis.The role is critical in maintaining sample quality for our research panels. It includes a mix of data analysis, reporting, strategic planning, and cross functional collaboration. This position is key for executing priorities and sample functions in a market research context.
Job Responsibilities:




- Analyzing operating measures and information, and shares analysis with stakeholders
- Provides information and meets regularly with management to assist in development of operating plans.
- Analyzes priorities. Assigns all sample to meet market demographic needs. Responsible for all aspects of spec and sample assignment
- Manages sample turnover and lifecycle
- Monitors Basic Rate, Demographic Representation, Installed Count, In Tabs, SPI, and works to improve. Continually looking to improve sample quality.
- Communicates needs to Panel Teams.
- Works cross functionally with Product, Engineering and Data Science Teams
- Analyze market level performance of KPIs by reviewing technical and compliance faults and open work items
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure the right work goes to the right people
- Manage data bases, evaluate data, extract panelist level data and prioritize work in call queue based on staffin
