The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee a cross-functional team responsible for platform maintenance and light feature evolution. This role is ideal for a technical leader coming from a frontend, backend, or mobile engineering background who can effectively guide cross-functional teams and collaborate across the broader platform ecosystem.
The adecuado candidate will bring deep expertise in at least one primary engineering discipline while maintaining strong architectural awareness across frontend, backend, mobile, and cloud infrastructure environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong technical judgment, and the ability to partner closely with both engineering teams and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a distributed team of frontend, backend, mobile, and DevOps engineers
- Provide architectural guidance across all layers of the platform
- Drive technical decision-making and ensure alignment with the client’s engineering guidelines and product roadmap
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact between the delivery team and client stakeholders
- Identify technical risks and proactively propose mitigation strategies
