We're Hiring | Key Account Executive | Pharmacy Channel Location: Mexico City, Mexico Build your commercial career supporting one of the most important pharmacy channels in Mexico. At OMRON Healthcare , we're looking for a Key Account Executive who is highly organized, analytical, and passionate about commercial operations. This position plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day execution of key customer accounts, ensuring orders, inventory, promotions, and customer requests are managed efficiently while working closely with cross-functional teams. What you'll do
- Support the daily operation of key pharmacy accounts, ensuring timely execution of commercial activities.
- Coordinate order processing, replenishment, inventory visibility, and delivery follow-up to ensure excellent customer service.




- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to maintain smooth business operations.
- Monitor promotions, product availability, and commercial execution to help maximize business performance.
- Analyze account performance and identify operational opportunities to improve service levels and customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers while supporting the Commercial team in delivering outstanding execution.

What we're looking for
- Experience in Commercial Operations, Customer Service, Sales Support, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Trade Marketing, or Key Account Support.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating orders, inventory, replenishment, or customer operations.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
