Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional software initiatives in the airline technology domain. The successful candidate will coordinate product, engineering, architecture, quality assurance, DevOps, security, operations, and business teams across multiple locations. This role requires strong delivery leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to bring structure, visibility, and predictability to a technically complex environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery from planning and estimation through implementation, release, and post-production stabilization. Define project scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, delivery plans, and success criteria.
Coordinate distributed teams, including product managers, engineering leads, architects, developers, QA, DevOps, security, and operations. Establish clear governance, reporting, decision-making, and escalation processes. Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. Maintain realistic delivery forecasts and communicate progress, risks, and required decisions to senior stakeholders. Align business priorities, product roadmaps, technical architecture, and delivery capacity. Manage dependencies across platform components, integration partners, airline systems, and concurrent delivery streams. Drive release readiness, including quality validation, operational preparation, deployment planning, and stakeholder approval.
