Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to help design, build, and scale the backend services that power our AI-driven marketing platforms.

In this role, you’ll work hands-on developing robust backend systems, integrating AI and data pipelines, and ensuring our platforms are reliable, secure, and cloud-ready. You’ll collaborate closely with AI engineers, DevOps,



and product stakeholders to deliver production-grade solutions used by international clients.

This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys deep backend work, modern architectures, and applying AI technologies in real products.

Key Responsibilities
Backend Development (≈70%)
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Build backend services using Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node.js
- Implement and optimize data flows interacting with AI/ML models
- Work with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB)
- Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems

Cloud, AI & Integrations (≈30%)
- Deploy and manage backend services on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
- Support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Terraform, or Bicep
- Integrate
