Description

Key Responsibilities Operations Management
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and material handling.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines and customer shipments.
- Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain warehouse organization and optimize storage utilization.

Inventory Control
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and material shortages.
- Monitor inventory transactions and compliance with warehouse procedures.
- Support inventory audits and maintain accurate system records.

Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates and team leaders.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
- Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Promote employee engagement and accountability.

Safety and Compliance
- Enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.




- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and safety incidents.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and material handling equipment.

Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity and efficiency.
- Implement Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans for improvement.
- Support implementation of new warehouse technologies and best practices.

Customer Service
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality teams.
- Ensure material availability to prevent production interruptions.
- Resolve operational issues impacting internal and external customers.
- Communicate operational status and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Bus
