YOUR ROLE

* Support the design, development, and engineering validation of automotive
components within one of the following domains: Exterior Systems, Body in
White, or Sealing-Glazing-Mechanisms, throughout the vehicle development
lifecycle.
* Analyze and interpret engineering requirements, technical specifications, CAD
models, drawings, GD&T;, and manufacturing feasibility to ensure product
performance, quality, and cost targets are achieved.
* Participate in supplier technical reviews, design validation activities,
benchmarking studies,



and problem-solving initiatives to improve design
robustness and manufacturability.
* Support technical and cost-related evaluations when required, including basic
cost assessments, design-to-cost activities, and cost optimization
opportunities.

YOUR PROFILE

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering,
Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive design, product development, or
technical engineering roles.
* Strong technical knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
* Exterior Systems: Fascias, Spoilers, Grilles, Claddings, and Trim
Components.
* Body in White (BIW): Body structures, Closures, Sheet Metal Components,
Welding Assemblies, and Structural Systems.
* Lighting and/or Sealing-Glazing-Mechanisms: Headlamps, Tail Lamps, Interior
Lighting, Sealing Systems, Glass Components, Window Regulators, Latches,
Hinges, and Re
