The Talent Acquisition (TA) Team at Colgate is a vibrant and driven group, committed to attracting top-tier talent for Colgate Palmolive. It's an exciting time to join us Our Talent Acquisition Partners are recruiting advisors who oversee the entire hiring process. They offer strategic, design, and consultative services to Business Leaders and HR Business Partners.



The TA Specialist also ensures an excellent experience for both candidates and employees throughout the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

Manage full cycle recruiting for our business clients teams by sourcing, reviewing resumes, and managing candidates through the interview process.

Conduct detailed kick-off conversations with hiring managers and support the job description creation process.

Work collaboratively with HR and functional leaders to understand their talent needs.

Collaborate with the constant improvement of the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience through process optimization, new solutions and technology.

Communicate measurable success metrics and business trends to the right audience.
