About the Role
At Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, we partner with trusted Network Partners —
external insurance
companies in countries where we don't have local servicing capabilities — to
help us deliver
seamless insurance solutions to our global clients. As a Network Partner
Analyst, you'll be at the
heart of this operation, serving as a key point of contact between our Producing
Offices and our
general partner network. This is a role with real impact, real variety, and real
opportunity to grow in
a truly international setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of issuing local insurance
quotations,
policies, and invoices using internal systems for your own portfolio
* Support team leads in managing regional portfolios, setting priorities, and
acting as a team
representative in complex program deal teams
* Onboard, train, and develop team capabilities, supporting team leads in
building a highperforming, knowledgeable
team
* Represent the team in global projects and strategic priorities, bringing a
solutions-focused
mindset to cross-functional initiatives
* Perform quality checks to ensure all policies are accurate, compliant, and
delivered on time
to meet and exceed client expectations
* Monitor and support the collection of payments from local partners, ensuring
accurate and
timely processing
* Gather and document market intelligence and partner-specific information that
impacts
service delivery
* Drive process improvement by creating and updating clear guidelines and
