About the Position
A Solutions Analyst at Lifelink partners closely with Solutions Consultants and implementation Engineers to deliver best-in-class deployments of the Lifelink platform. In this role you'll support the end-to-end implementation process—helping with discovery, workflow design, technical integration, testing, analytical reports building, launch, and optimization. You'll collaborate across clients and internal teams, ensuring that projects are well-documented, well-tracked, and progressing smoothly. The Analyst role is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to develop expertise in healthcare technology implementations, client engagement, and solution design.
