Responsibilities
Lead the end to end design and implementation of DellBoomi Integration workflows that enable reliable data exchange across core workforce management and enterprise applications while ensuring high levels of performance and scalability for hybrid teams working in day shift.
Design Kronos Dimensions Attestation configurations that validate time and attendance data with strong focus on regulatory compliance accurate reporting and seamless user experience for diverse business units across the organization.
Configure and optimize Kronos Dimensions Advanced Scheduling capabilities to align staffing patterns with operational demand reduce schedule conflicts and enhance resource utilization across technical and research oriented teams.
Develop and maintain Kronos Dimensions Accruals rules that accurately manage leave balances benefit policies and complex accrual scenarios to support transparent workforce practices and reduce manual reconciliation overhead.
Collaborate with business analysts and operational stakeholders to translate workforce management requirements into detailed technical specifications that drive consistent integration patterns and reusable solution components.
Oversee code quality and integration standards by conducting thorough peer reviews enforcing best practices in mapping and error handling and guiding the team to deliver maintainable and well documented integration assets.
