A Day in the Life

The Global Operations and Supply Chain (GOSC) Strategic Costing FP&A; team partners across Operations, Supply Chain, and business leadership to provide financial insights that support gross margin performance and long-term value creation. This team plays a key role in understanding, analyzing,



and communicating product cost and gross margin drivers across the Cardiovascular portfolio, helping to inform business decisions and support strategic initiatives.

This position is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota and follows a flex work model with an in-office expectation of four days per week. Minimal travel is expected.

This position is critical to enable sustainable gross margin expansion while adding value through superior business partnering.

This role will work closely with GOSC and OU business partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for sharing real-time results, detailed product costing insights, and support strategic initiatives.
