Job Description




- Adheres to the stock strategy guidelines that is supplied by BA SCM and align with Plant SCM. Manage exceptions messages and review raw material requirements daily in MRP.
- Convert Purchase Reqs to Purchase Orders where needed.
- Analyzes raw material supply to ensure we are staying balanced with inventory.
- Responsible for monitoring of supply by ensuring confirmation on purchase orders

following up on expected and late deliveries.
- Communicates with vendors to obtain product or service information, availability, and delivery schedule.
- Works closely with receiving, supply chain, finance, production and management.
- Provides good customer service to internal and external customers assisting and supports requests, needs etc.
- Expedites orders and requests as needed.
- Owns the raw material debottlenecking process and aligns with BA Procurement if not resolved, provides details for escalation.
- Communicates frequently with BA Procurement on areas of concern.
