About This Role:
We are hiring a Head of Partnerships & Creator Program for a fast-growing DTC foot-care and consumer-wellness brand. You will own the creator, influencer, and product seeding program end to end—from identifying the right partners and managing outreach to tracking content, relationships, performance, and long-term opportunities. This role reports directly to the Founder/CMO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own the brand’s creator, influencer,



and product seeding strategy across organic, affiliate, gifting, and paid partnership opportunities.
- Source, evaluate, recruit, and build relationships with creators who align with the brand, target customer, content needs, and growth goals.
- Manage creator outreach, negotiations, agreements, product selection, shipping coordination, content expectations, usage rights, timelines, and follow-ups.
- Develop a consistent creator pipeline and maintain strong relationships with high-performing creators for repeat collaborations and long-term partnerships.
- Track creator activity, product seeding, content delivery, affiliate performance, engagement, conversions, and other relevant program metrics.
- Identify strong creator content that can be repurposed for paid ads, landing pages, social media, email, and other marketing channels.
- Work closely with creative, performance marketing, and leadership tea
