About the Role
As a Marketing Business Partner, you will serve as the strategic bridge between global marketing initiatives and regional business objectives across Latin America. You will be responsible for translating corporate marketing strategies into localized go-to-market (GTM) plans that drive demand generation,
strengthen market positioning, and support revenue growth. Working closely with Sales, Product, Regional Leaders, and Global Marketing teams, you will ensure that campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives are effectively adapted for LATAM audiences while maintaining global brand consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Translate corporate marketing initiatives into commercially viable programs tailored to LATAM market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales teams to maximize launch effectiveness and adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to align marketing programs with pipeline goals and revenue objectives.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, competitive intelligence summaries, and localized marketing collateral.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards while maintaining cost efficiency
