Role Summary: Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Design:
Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices. Configuration & Data Migration:
Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required. Client Engagement:
Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes. Training & Documentation:
Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation. Post-Go-Live Support:
Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback. Functional Competency: Requirement Gathering:

Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT. Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills. Certifications: Workday Integration Certification (required).
