YOUR ROLE
The IATF 16949 & Ford Customer Specific Requirements Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, implementing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949, Ford Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs), Q1 requirements,



FEWMR objectives, and company standards.

This position ensures ongoing compliance with automotive quality system requirements, customer expectations, and certification standards through effective management of audits, customer-specific requirements, corrective actions, management reviews, risk management, performance monitoring, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. The coordinator serves as the primary liaison for Ford quality system requirements and drives organizational readiness for customer, certification, and internal audits.
