Position Overview
We are seeking a highly self-motivated, proactive, and autonomous professional to join TIENS as a Operations & Project Coordinator, responsible for driving the operational adoption, implementation, and execution of both offline projects and AI-powered solutions.
The objective of this role is to ensure the successful operational execution of projects and the effective adoption of AI tools by users, translating these initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
You will work closely with distributors, subsidiaries, and local teams to maximize AI utilization, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the successful execution and follow-up of projects and activities,



facilitating communication and aligning priorities across different teams.
Lead the rollout, implementation, and adoption of AI solutions, while analyzing metrics related to AI adoption, user engagement, and operational performance, as well as project milestones, risks, and key deliverables.
Develop implementation plans and coordinate the necessary resources to ensure successful adoption by subsidiaries and distributors.
Ensure that distributors and local teams effectively integrate AI tools into their daily business operations.
Deliver training sessions, provide user guidance, and share best practices to maximize adoption and business impact.
Translate general initiatives into action plans and concrete project deliverables.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from different teams and translate them into actionable recommendations for Product and Technology teams.
