- Support process improvement and standardization initiatives across North and South America payrolls, aligned with FLS Global practices
- Own a payroll process with external payroll vendors by sharing payroll input data, validating calculations, and ensuring timely payments to employees and statutory agencies
- Align with HR, Finance, and Business stakeholders to drive initiatives and solve challenges
- Maintain and promote a strong focus on employee experience
- Support KPI and SLA targets
- Assist in payroll vendor service assessment and integrations
- Ensure compliance with FLS global policies and procedures
- Support external or internal audit initiatives
- Act as an advisor for the payroll function and support global standardization initiatives and implementations

Requirements
- Solid experience in payroll operations of 5+ years, with exposure to any of the following countries: Brazil, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Canada, US
- Experience working with general payroll vendors such as ADP, CloudPay or others
- Workday experience is a plus
- Fluency in English




- Working-level proficiency in Spanish
- Focus on efficiency, structure, and clarity
- Excellent grasp of payroll systems, tools, and automation opportunities, including handling implementations or integrations
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Pragmatic and strategic mindset
