Job Summary:
Serves as the technical bridge between engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement (suppliers) and operational teams. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the successful transition of products from design to production while optimizing quality, cost, delivery, and manufacturability. This role is also responsible for providing timely engineering dispositions for non‑conforming products, resolving production issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with applicable engineering, quality,



and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to manufacturing operations by evaluating and resolving product, process, and production‑related issues to minimize disruptions and maintain operational efficiency.
- Review, analyze, and disposition non‑conforming products and materials, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining compliance with engineering, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and supplier teams to facilitate the successful introduction and transition of new products into production.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address manufacturing defects, quality concerns, and process inefficiencies.
