Join the Discovery family, where quality and service are at the heart of everything we do We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join El Dorado private golf and beach club community. El Dorado Golf and Beach Club, set at Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, México. Full-Time | On-Site The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating strategies that elevate operational standards, strengthen employee skills, and foster leadership and organizational culture.
Collaborate with managers and leaders to align training initiatives with business outcomes and corporate goals. Design, implement, and oversee the yearly training plan, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor law and STPS requirements. Implement and follow up on DLC corporate Learning and Development initiatives. Identify current and future skill /training gaps through job analysis, career paths, org climate, etc. Develop and deliver training programs that strengthen employee skills, leadership competencies, and organizational culture.



Coordinate training on company policies, operational standards, and procedures. Monitor training effectiveness, ROI, and report results to HR Director and leadership when requested. Ensure training initiatives deliver measurable outcomes and timely achievements. Ensure adherence to NOM-035, STPS protocols, Training MX committee and compliance including DC1, DC2, DC3 and DC4. Coordinate mandatory food handling training sessions (February and June). Internship programs: Coordinate internal and external internships, including partnerships with universities. Manage recognition programs such as tenure letters and pins, birthdays, monthly performance awards,etc. Ensure the promotion and posting of current audiovisual content across the different internal communication channels such as StaffApp, email & LinkedIn.
