The role
- Lead operational support for ETL and Data Warehouse environments.
- Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventative actions.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, scalability, and security.
- Review solution designs and support implementation activities.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Coach engineering teams and establish operational best practices.
- Support cloud modernization initiatives across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, data controls,



and change management processes.
