The Role:

To support the Director of Marketing / Head of Marketing in the development and implementation of the country marketing strategy and plans for English and Exams (E&E;), ensuring alignment with integral marketing strategy and brand, and to work in partnership with the E&E; Business to ensure that marketing programmes enable required business targets.

Accountabilities:

Strategy and Planning
- Leads country-level marketing strategy for E&E; by leveraging market insights and expertise, ensuring alignment with global objectives, budgets, and resources while continuously tracking and reporting performance outcomes.
- Designs and executes annual marketing plans and integrated campaigns to drive lead generation,



engagement, and retention, ensuring brand compliance and contributing to product development and value proposition localisation.
- Optimises impact through cross-audience insights, tailored messaging, and strategic partnerships and channels aligned with customer needs and business goals.

Consultancy, analysis & problem-solving
- Develops deep understanding of business context, opportunities, and challenges to deliver insight-led marketing strategies, while clearly communicating complex findings tailored to both marketing and leadership stakeholders.
- Continuously improves marketing effectiveness by incorporating stakeholder feedback and leveraging social listening and analytics tools to monitor reputation and optimise engagement.

Commercial and financial management
- Plans and manages E&E; marketing budgets using corporate systems, tracks and annual performance, and ensures cost-effective del
