Responsibilities
We are seeking a Social Compliance Auditor to support supplier and factory assessments across the Americas region. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in social compliance audits, responsible sourcing, ESG programs, labor standards, and corrective action management (CAPA). The successful candidate will work directly with manufacturing facilities to drive compliance improvements and support integral clients.
- Conduct remote social compliance assessments at supplier and manufacturing facilities.
- Review and evaluate corrective action plans (CAPAs), audit findings, and supporting documentation.
- Assess factory management systems and identify opportunities to improve compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and advisory support related to responsible sourcing, labor standards, human rights, and ESG programs.
- Partner with factory management teams to develop practical remediation plans and monitor progress.
- Support the delivery of advisory services related to labor standards, human rights, and responsible sourcing programs.




- Assist in the development of training materials, tools, and best practices for factories and internal teams.
- Deliver training sessions in both English and Spanish when required.
- Review reports for quality, accuracy, and consistency before final submission.
- Coordinate field activities, logistics, and research related to assigned projects and regions.
- Collaborate with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Promote continuous improvement and contribute to team development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Human Resources, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Social Compliance Auditing
- Supplier Assessments
- Responsible Sourcing
- ESG Programs
- Labor Rights & Human Rights
- Supply Chain Complia
