About the Position:

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the Warehouse AL&S; Supervisor team, reporting directly to the Logistic Manager.

This position is based at our office in Mexico, Juárez; Plant 1.

As the Warehouse at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....

Your Responsibilities will be:
- Ensure accurate and timely material reception, registration in system,



and documentation control (invoices, transfer documents).
- Supervise product shipments and related documentation, guaranteeing traceability and compliance with procedures.
- Coordinate proper handling and placement of materials, training staff according to material characteristics.
- Maintain inventory control by registering entries/exits, regularly reconciling physical and system records, and updating SAP inventory.
- Enable efficient production by ensuring material availability and supply for production lines.
- Manage area personnel: oversee staffing, training, leave, discipline, communication, and performance evaluation; promote adherence to safety and environmental standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through productivity actions, execution of 5S activities, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001/45001/50001, TISAX, CSR, CTPAT).
