As a Senior Associate, Promotional Claims supporting the Promotion/Advertising Regulatory Affairs team, you will be trusted to coordinate global product claims and promotional review workflows using Veeva PromoMats from our General Business Services hub in Mexico City. You will collaborate with international Marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders, globally.

In this role, a typical day will include:
- Managing the end-to-end claims workflow in Veeva PromoMats, including receiving claims, assigning reviewers, monitoring progress, documenting decisions,



and supporting timely completion.
- Scheduling, preparing for, and independently facilitating global claims review meetings, ensuring that decisions, actions, owners, and next steps are clearly documented.
- Partnering with Global Marketing, Promotion/Advertising Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate reviews, resolve workflow matters, and keep claims moving through the process.
- Maintaining complete, accurate, and audit-ready records while ensuring adherence to established procedures, governance requirements, and applicable Good Practice regulations.
- Supporting continuous improvement and claims review activities across a variety of lines of business and product classifications, including medical devices, pharmaceutical products, over-the-counter products, and combination products.
