What you bring
- 3+ years of experience building backend systems in production environments
- Proficiency in Go (Golang) required; alternatively, hands-on experience in manufacturing programming with PLC and/or C++
- Solid understanding of relational or NoSQL databases (schema design,
queries, performance basics)
- Basic front-end familiarity ability to build or maintain simple UIs when needed
- Experience integrating software with industrial control systems is a strong plus
- Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written) required; interviews are conducted in English
Nice to have
- Experience with PLC programming or industrial automation systems
- Familiarity with REST or gRPC API design
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
- Background in manufacturing or industrial tech environments
