Key responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and cultivate long-term relationships with high-quality local KOLs, media outlets, PR/marketing agencies, and content creators across priority LATAM markets.
- Own the end-to-end management of media partner, agency, and KOL relationships, from initial outreach and negotiation through to ongoing collaboration and performance review.
- Maintain and expand an existing strong network of media and agency contacts, ensuring the company has preferential access to key platforms, talent, and opportunities.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate sponsorship opportunities (sports, lifestyle, entertainment, cultural, and industry events)



that align with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
- Structure mutually beneficial partnership packages with media houses, agencies, and KOLs, including content collaborations, co-branded campaigns, and exclusive activations.
- Work closely with the Events, Brand, and Performance Marketing teams to integrate KOL/media partnerships into larger campaign and event strategies.
- Drive clear commercial outcomes from relationships, brand visibility, qualified traffic, lead generation, VIP client engagement, and partner referrals.
- Negotiate commercial terms, rates, deliverables, and exclusivity clauses with a strong focus on ROI and brand safety.
- Track and report on partnership performance using agreed KPIs (reach, engagement quality, cost efficiency, pipeline contribution, brand lift).
- Stay deeply informed on the evolving media, influencer, and sponsorship landscape across LATAM markets.
